See a giant St. Vincent in her new video for Cheerleader.
Also, you should go buy Strange Mercy as it’s a brilliant album.
Also, also, super excited to be going to see her play on Monday.

St. Vincent - “Cheerleader”
Dudes. This lady. This song. Like, seriously.
(I should add, that this album was produced by John Congleton, my favorite producer. And I didn’t know that when I first heard the album, as is often the case. And, as is often the case, when I think “gee, this album sounds really really cool” and then I find out it was John Congleton’s producing, I always say the same thing: fucking of course it was. He should team up with all talented people and bring about a new world order of super great albums.)
New album sounds wonderful
St. Vincent gets buried alive in a new video for ‘Cruel’, directed by Terri Timely. The song is from her new album ‘Strange Mercy’ out Sept. 13 on 4AD in U.S. (NPR First Listen starts Sept. 5.)
